What does "notification time window settings" mean?

There are two types to choose from (within your Schools account), Global or Individual.

If you would like to watch a video explanation, please click HERE.

Global settings - This is used if you want ALL of your contacts to have the same notification time frames.  This type of notification window does not work for lightning, so lightning notifications will be 24/7 for all contacts. Please note: Global settings over-ride individual ones. If you want individual contacts make your global 24/7.
