Service of WeatherCall Services, LLC
Provides fast and automated time-critical safety alerts
Proven and trusted by millions, we have helped save lives since 2007.
Let your residents know you care about their sense of safety and security.
HazardCall is a service based on life-saving technology introduced in 2007 and continually refined. It is unlike any other consumer-based service in the nation.
Developed by WeatherCall Services, LLC, based in Parker, CO, the service is credited with helping to save countless lives in some of the nation's most prolific tornado outbreaks since its launch.
While HazardCall was developed specifically for the manufactured homes, any community can give their residents the 'heads-up' they need to make decisions about approaching impactful weather events, including tornadoes, hurricanes, dangerous thunderstorms, winter snow and ice storms, and others.
Our reliable information, based on watches, warnings and advisories issued by the National Weather Service (NWS), provide residents with accurate information they need to make their safety decision.
When your community needs to hear from you, Community Broadcast technology allows property managers to send messages via text and email, using an app or computer.
This gives you 24/7 access to your residents passing along important information from a source they trust - you.
Examples include: Utilities outages and estimated times of repair, cold weather pipe reminders, post-evacuation notification to residents who scatter after an event, etc.
HazardCall also calls residents when life-threatening weather warnings are issued by the National Weather Service. The calls can be delivered in English or Spanish.
An optional service Community Watch, lets residents "See Something, Say Something", sending messages within the community. This management-moderated communication can alert residents to suspicious activity, unwelcome wildlife or other safety threats.
If you think you can monitor every weather threat, nationwide, and alert people in real-time, think again. You cannot. Severe and impactful weather can happen in seconds but should never be a surprise.
The National Weather Service is the best team of 4,000 meteorologists and forecasters in the world. Putting this team to work for your community by adding HazardCall will show your residents they can trust you. When the NWS issues a warning, they have determined that a threat to safety is real, and imminent.
We are a NO FALSE ALARM SERVICE. How can we say that? The most impactful NWS warnings are based on a specific storm heading towards a specific location. When residents get a phone call or text message alerting them to a threat, it is specific to that community, not their entire county, as most apps and other services do. When HazardCall notifies your residents, the weather will get bad. We have that track record of trust with our customers.
