I wanted to let you know that we have grown to really appreciate WeatherCall, particularly as we do stuff outdoors. As you know there are a lot of alerts, warnings, and individuals sharing their concerns about “a storm is coming are you prepared?” Often too much noise, and not a lot of help. However, we have learned that until we get the message from WeatherCall, we don’t need to do anything different. We trust WeatherCall to notify us of a weather event that will impact us and take action at that time. This helps us avoid the running-around-doing-something-activity that is not useful to anyone. Thank you for sharing WeatherCall with us. We really appreciate it being a valuable member of the team.

I'm so very glad for WeatherCall! I live in a remote area. My house is on the edge of town and I cannot even hear the tornado siren. WeatherCall has warned me more than once when I had no idea inclement weather was about - there have been numerous tornado warnings already this year and at least one confirmed tornado. Additionally, I live in Arkansas, which has the 2nd highest rate of nighttime tornadoes. WeatherCall gives me the information I need when time is of the essence.
Great service! I always recommend WeatherCall to everyone I know.

I love WeatherCall! I have had a severe phobia of T’Storms and tornadoes.. all my life, and it’s been really bad.. not knowing what’s coming made it worse.. with WeatherCall, I’m able to receive alerts via text message and that helps me stay calm knowing that I will be forewarned before anything severe gets here! Thanks WeatherCall!

Thank you. My wife and I are both hearing impaired. We can't hear the sirens, especially without our hearing aids. We have a device that allows us to set our cell phone on a long vibrate when WeatherCall for our specific area is activated, we get the wake up of LIFE. We have entered our tornado station where our neighbors are in there waiting for us.
Thank you.

I get their notifications several minutes BEFORE my weather radio or the news lets us know. Those minutes can be the difference in life or death.

I love WeatherCall. I can always go to bed and go to sleep on stormy nights knowing I have WeatherCall!

We have had the HazardAlarm devices from WeatherCall in Durant since June of 2021. We initially installed one at the municipal swimming pool and another at the softball fields in the Sports Complex. After the swimming pool closed for the winter, we moved that alarm box to the soccer fields at the Sports Complex. We feel the HazardAlarm devices are beneficial for many reasons. At the Sports Complex, the [HazardAlarm] devices take the decision making about lightning and tornado hazards out of the hands of sports officials who may be more interested in keeping the game going and not realize how imminent the danger is. The HazardAlarm is especially beneficial for the swimming pool. The lifeguards are not focused on the weather as their main task. There is loud music and most often, approaching severe weather is not noticed. The alarm from the HazardAlarm device is impossible to ignore and allows staff to clear the pool as long as lightning threatens the area, sending an "All Clear" signal when the severe threat has passed. We couldn't be happier with the HazardAlarm. We especially like the ability to see the alarm history and control the devices from an internet browser.

John installed the HazardAlarm at Lilleys' Landing down on the dock. The alarm system is visible from both ends of the dock and sounds an alarm that is audible over the entire dock giving us warning when inclement or dangerous weather is approaching our location. It gives us plenty of time to clear the dock when safety could be compromised.

Having the HazardAlarm has been a great asset to the additional HazardCall app. The HazardAlarm is loud and can be heard thought my park if outdoors. Some of my residents have commented that they have heard it inside and caused them to check the weather before taking part in outdoor activities.
I also have residents who have stated that they are happy about the color pattern that makes them aware if they just have to worry about lighting or if its flashing red to prepare to take cover.
The local fire department was very interested in the HazardAlarm and commented that they wished more people could have this system available in the county.
