This is where you'll start. Go to the link below to sign up for HazardCall RV. This will be where you set up the communication method to be informed about the weather surrounding your RV.
You'll also order your HazardCall subscription along with your GPS unit from LoneStar Tracking.
The HazardCall subscription is $10/month or $99/year.
When you finish signing up, your browser will be re-directed to a URL like this:
PLEASE NOTE: the xxxxx is a unique code for your account. Bookmark this link on your browser. This is how you access your HazardCall RV service.
While your LoneStar GPS unit is shipping, familarize yourself with the HazardCall RV app (using the link you saved in Step 2).
This will allow you to know where you need to go within the app to make any changes.
To test that your app and GPS tracker are connected, drive around on a few errands, or to and from work. You can stop in a parking lot to refresh the display on the HazardCall Web App.
As you move, LoneStar is reporting your location changes to the core HazardCall system and is updating your location while monitoring weather data in real-time.
When you arrive at your new location when traveling, load up your bookmark/HazardCall app and refresh the radar view for your new location.
