If you upgrade to WeatherCall NexGen after already renewing your WeatherCall @Home for the next year, you will receive a deferred renewal credit based on when you last paid your WeatherCall @Home renewal: 

• Within the past 1-4 months - $5 credit toward future services
• Within the past 5-8 months - $3 credit toward future services
• Within the past 9-12 months - $1 credit toward future services

For example, if you paid your @Home renewal 3 months ago and wish to upgrade to WeatherCall NexGen, you will pay $15 now, but you won’t need to renew NexGen until 17 months from now. You are getting an additional 5 months of NexGen at no extra cost.

You can choose to keep you existing @Home account and add NexGen using a DIFFERENT CELL PHONE number OR replace your existing @Home account with NexGen.
